WHAT TO INCLUDE WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM

1—COURIER WAYBILL (USPS/UPS/Fedex/CanadaPost/etc.)
Write the following on the return waybill and attach to front of package:
a) RETURN TO SENDER
b) COUNTRY OF ORIGIN : CANADA
c) VALUE : $10

2—ARTTOCANVAS RETURN FORM
a) DOWNLOAD this form (RETURNS FORM - CLICK TO DOWNLOAD),
b) PRINT it & FILL it out
c) RETURN it along with the canvas transfer inside the packaging.

3—COMMERCIAL INVOICE
a) FILL out this form online (COMMERCIAL INVOICE - CLICK TO VIEW AND PRINT),
b) PRINT it out
c) ATTACH to the front of the package.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO REMEMBER:

No refunds after 1 week after delivery.
Three days after the order date, there will be a service/production fee of $25 charged on any cancelled orders.
No cancellations permitted after order has been shipped.
• You are responsible for shipping canvasses back to us. Canvasses MUST be in the same good condition in which you originally received them or your reimbursement will be reduced or eliminated.
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees back to us.
• In order to cover our shipping and restocking costs on items that are custom created especially for the customer, 50% will be deducted from any reimbursement of canvassed art, canvassed art with brush strokes or framed canvassed art. The 50% reimbursement will be credited to the initial method of payment providing art is sent back to our premise within 14 days of reception using your own carrier.
•If you are questioning art colours or details we will gladly send you a better rendition of any art on our website within 5 working days. On a Return both the seller and buyer are shortchanged so let's avoid any doubt and assure that the art you receive will be exactly what you were expecting. Custom-size canvasses are not reimbursable.
Giclées by Rodney White, Vettriano and other artists are not reimbursable as they are purchased/customized specifically for the customer.
• Please note that in the case of custom prints, we must be provided an image of sufficient resolution for output and we can only print what we are sent. Personalized art is not reimbursable.
