Beginnings

When we began dealing in true canvas transfers, we decided that we would sell nothing less that the absolute best canvassed art. Transferring published prints to canvas is a long, tedious process, but the end result speaks for itself.

Our owner, Anthony, practically invented the canvas transfer system in 1990 producing at best 30 a year till the year 1995.

After searching on the net, we discovered that the average price of most large and oversize canvassed art was over $400. In our opinion, we had the expertise to lower those costs. We wanted to provide a high quality of canvassed art but in a more reasonable range: with the majority of individual canvas arts falling between $79 to $239. The price should, rightly, depend on the size of the image. The use of metallic inks and the origin of the printed art also play a role in the price.

So we began offering online what was previously only available to people in the industry. A print publisher decided that the canvas medium would boost sales and DID IT EVER!! Now we produce in the tens of thousands of canvas transfers every year.

Why should you purchase canvassed art instead of a print? There are many reasons:

1) Canvas has texture and catches light better than flat prints.
2) A transfer on canvas is a very durable product. Dusting and regular wiping will not damage the image.
3) Prints fade in ultraviolet light, however, under normal conditions, a canvas will retain its integrity and vibrant colors for generations.
4) Prints can crease and fold easily; canvas is more durable.
5) Canvas is light and easy to hang (no wires required, just set the underside of the wooden backing along two evenly aligned nails or screws)
6) Canvas just looks better hanging on a wall.

Why pay more when you can buy the finished canvas from us delivered straight to your door? Each snug-packed canvas is bubble-packed, corrugated and double-wall boarded on both sides for safe delivery of your masterpiece.

Because each beautiful canvas is carefully and lovingly custom-made and immediately packed for protection, please allow up to 10 working days for the making of the canvas and up to another 10 working days for delivery. Most canvassed packages reach their happy owners within 3 weeks unless there is a print back-order.

Nevertheless, very rarely, things happen and we respect our customers enough to offer them an alternative. If you fall into this small unsatisfied minority and you are not satisfied with your product, simply follow the steps below to return it to us and we will reimburse you the full amount of your order less Shipping & Handling fees.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• IMPORTANT: Please write RETURN TO SENDER on the box in big letters and on the return waybill.
• IMPORTANT: Non-Canadian customers please add CANADIAN PRODUCT on the box.
• IMPORTANT: Fill out the following form (RETURN FORM - CLICK TO DOWNLOAD), print it and return it along with the artwork.

KEEP IN MIND:
• If you have added BrushStrokes to your artwork, that cost is not re-imbursable.
• No refunds after 1 week after delivery.
• There is a 20 dollar shipping fee for all returned prints.
• Please note that in the case of custom prints, we must be provided an image of sufficient resolution for output and we can only print what we are sent. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a refund in the case where a faulty image is provided.
